As the Managing Director of Shamrock Catering Group, I oversee our evolution from a lunchtime sandwich delivery service established in 1994 to a premier catering provider in Hong Kong. Our journey has been marked by milestones, such as the inauguration of a state-of-the-art food production facility in 2009 and becoming the official caterer for prestigious events like the Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open and the Bloomberg Golden Mile Corporate Relay in 2014.Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we persevered and launched successful delivery-only concepts under Southside Brands. Post-pandemic recovery led to the establishment of a new 6,000 square foot food factory.
