Mark is a natural leader and creative raised in the Hip-Hop generation. An early hybrid of creative, activist and professional, Mark understands the complex nature of creating something that is pure while being able to have it appeal to the masses without sacrificing an elements authenticity or quality. Mark's ability to give an idea definition and history may be his greatest design asset as he believes succesful products and designs should have meaning and depth that go beyond the rules of basic design.A proud father, Hip-Hop fanatic and basketball lover, Mark is passionate about the combination of classic arts and technology. Mark received his degree in Fine Arts from Notre Dame de Namur University and attended San Jose State while working towards his Masters Degree . Before Founding SinceEighty6, Mark was a recording artist and works in the industry still as a successful DJ, Booking Agent, Tour Manager, and event planner traveling the US and abroad. In addition to Urban Lifestyle Marketing/Design and Printing, Mark's SinceEighty6 consults for the Platinum Hip-Hop duo Camp Lo and other Hip-Hop/Soul Artists as well as businesses and brands. For over 23 years Mark has also Coached Basketball and consults at the College and High School Levels. Local politics has always been an interest and Mark hopes to help change the way the people are represented by one day entering that arena.
