Teaching Contract Development and Negotiation and Intellectual Property Law. Contract Development and Negotiation is a hands-on course involving learning the basics of contract drafting, developing contract term sheets and negotiating key terms, and is intended to help prepare students to represent large and small companies in common transactions. Classroom time is split between lectures, discussions and projects focused on key considerations in drafting common contracts, client interactions and negotiation strategies.
