Thankful for repeat invitations, he has traveled to train teams located as far away as Singapore, Southeast Asia, to teams in Istanbul and across Turkey, throughout Australia and New Zealand and across North America.Accepting a seven-month assignment to live in New Zealand, Mark provided leadership in the build of a Sales Excellence Program, focused on helping the independent appliance dealer to succeed.Supplying motivational keynote addresses to groups and associations, he moves people to action with practical tools that work with great utility in the real world.Within the sales function he has served at both the Wholesale Distributor and Factory level, as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Builder Sales Manager and as National Sales Manager USA, leading his team of 8 Regional Managers and their 62 Area Managers to record success.In a Training capacity, he has served as National Training Manager, as General Manager Sales Excellence and as Director of Learning & Development.His model is delivered with an "in-service-to-others" approach to what we all do, every day.Mark shines a bright-light on the high-value independent appliance dealers bring to their communities and on their great example of our country's free-enterprise system at work.With a passion for developing businesses and people to their fullest potential, he lives in St. Louis with his wife, Wendy.
