Prior to LinkedIn, I completed a full-time MBA degree at BYU where I specialized in Strategic HR. During my program, I completed a summer internship as an HR Business Partner with LinkedIn and also engaged in consulting work with Microsoft focusing on how to get the most out of their remote teams. Before my MBA, I worked for Zenger Folkman where I helped clients from various industries and locations implement leadership development and executive coaching programs.
