Hired to manage the migration of the Massachusetts department of public health (DPH) onto the Datix Web system currently in use at the department of mental health (DMH). Project shifted early on to migrate both departments to the RLDatix RL6 platform. • Established project governance consisting of Executive Steering Committee, and project core team. Produced project charter and project plan.• Led cross-functional/inter-departmental team to define and develop system requirements.• Converted loose location structure into an integrated, tiered location structure.• Reconfigured RL6 forms and Icons to service unique needs of the DMH community service team.
