With over 25 years of experience in the real estate and investment management industry, I am a seasoned and strategic leader with a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for investors, partners, and communities. As the Head of Build to Rent at Lendlease, I established Lendlease's first build to rent investment in Australia, in joint venture with a major institutional investment partner and managed the activities across investment management, development, origination, and property management in the Build to Rent sector. In other recent roles I have managed the New Products, Investor Relations, Valuations and Data & Analytics teams at Lendlease Investment Management. I have structured, negotiated and executed significant investments with major institutional investors, including projects in the signature Lendlease precincts such as Barangaroo, Darling Square, Melbourne Quarter, Sydney Place, Victoria Harbour, Brisbane Showgrounds and Melbourne Connect. I also have experience chairing Investment Committees and as a board member of fund and operating company entities.
