While working for this organization, I excelled in my position by completely revamping a 25-year-old trade association and transforming it into a bar association. This was achieved by defining the vision and the mission and creating a new brand approach to market. I was the spearhead of all re-branding, and marketing initiatives to increase visibility, revenue and traffic. I created a multi-channel marketing campaign and a new logo for the re-launch which ultimately led to the organization being a national winner in the PRNews 2019 Non-Profit Awards and a finalist in the 2019 American Marketing Association Tampa Bay Chapter Marketer of the Year for Non-Profits. In this role, I dedicated my time to expanding the business through engaging in untapped markets and establishing lucrative business relationships with 40 national corporate partners. I helmed several new programs, one being a government relations and lobbying program to advance the cause and needs of the organization. I served as the leader of corporate sponsorship programs and managed several multi-level corporate relationships at the funding and program levels. I was able to accomplish all of this by closely analyzing the company’s objectives and gaining an understanding of their vision and long-term goals, to then creating and putting into place programs and initiatives that aligned with that vision. My biggest contributions consisted of executing the first foundation and national fundraising program, and an individual philanthropy and planned giving program with 72 future gift expectancies totaling more than $2.5M. including program development and volunteer training in fundraising methods. Overall, I grew annual revenue from $74,000 to $3.2 million in 9 years.

I managed all human resources functions, ensuring that all processes operated smoothly daily. Also served as an administrator and manager of several human resource department program areas with a $5M budget, while overseeing 8 direct reports and 70+ employees.
