Janet is the UK’s research and education backbone, delivered by Jisc, the EdTech charity. In my time with Jisc I’ve been their mobile connectivity specialist, lead on development of above net services and videoconferencing, and managed a portfolio of mobile and roaming services. I now find myself responsible for the delivery programme and budget for the world class Janet network itself, our funder relationships, and working with a team to level up our already accomplished service management function to deliver even better service to our members and customers.
