Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

• Led 400-person team in operating a $1.5B physical plant consisting of 205 facilities (3.6M square feet) and associated infrastructure. Managed an annual operating budget of $125M supporting facility operations.
• Managed facility renewal programs comprised of 200+ projects ($100M) supporting aircraft flying operations, administrative facilities and remote radar sites
• Directed the installation Emergency Operations Center. Supported the City of Colorado Springs during the Waldo Canyon (2012) and Black Forest (2013) wildfires

• Worked with Planning Division counterparts to develop and implement 5-year infrastructure improvement programs.

- Oversaw $450M in Congressional appropriations to construct new homes at Air Force bases worldwide; targeted expenditures for traditional construction and privatization partnerships.- Guided privatization programs for nine Air Force communities; leveraged private sector investment of $1.2 billion to revitalize and replace 9,200 homes.- Led privatization.

- Responsible for updating and maintaining the base’s Long Range Development Plan; integrated aircraft operations, industrial, housing and community support plans into a single plan for the installation; guided $150 million capital investment.- Project programmer responsible for all Nonappropriated Funds (NAF), dormitory, and military family housing.

Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho

- Managed $15 million in capital construction and $50 million of project designs to support new mission requirements and growth of industrial capacity. - Performed planning, design, construction management, and execution of a $2 million annual program for the revitalization of the installation's 1,525 military family housing units and $32 million annual.
