As the CEO of Xfire I oversaw the company's operations, financing and product development. I also established partnerships with large game industry publishers including Square Enix and UOL Boa Compra. I raised the company's Series A financing led by Intel Capital, re-built the team from the ground up to 20+ and led a large effort to update the Xfire social client. My specific roles included:- Led the product team to re-design, test and release a cutting edge update to the Xfire social client- Created the concept for and led the development of Battleground, the company's automated esports tournament and PvP service which subsequently became the company's core product- Drove and managed budgeting, specifications, UI/UX to ensure our end products inspired players and to establish the company as a leading provider of gaming technology- Recruited top tier talent - Represented the company at a number of industry events including GDC, Gamesbeat, Nordic Games Conference, PAX, and China Joy to share our mission and message with opinion leaders and media

I led monetization of Xfire after we spun the company out of Viacom. The role involved everything from ad sales/ops to finding and collecting on overdue receivables. I learned a lot and quickly took the company from negligible revenue to six figure monthly revenues.

I co-founded Titan Gaming in a dorm room while attending McGill university in Montreal. The company was dedicated to building a better way to play games online - allowing publishers to easily add skill gaming to their titles. I raised the company's seed round of $500K and was intimately involved in several areas of the company including intellectual property, product development, offshore development (managing a team of 20+ engineers in India), business development and many other items. The company was acquired and subsequently led a successful spin out of Xfire from Viacom. Titan has since renamed to Playsino and has morphed into a successful private developer and publisher of social casino games including Bingo World, Solitaire and Prizes and many more. The company's games have been enjoyed by millions of people across the world.

The OBCC program at McGill is the only program of its kind. It allows pairs of undergraduate students to undergo an intense training program to teach Introduction to Organizational Behavior to a class of fellow students for an entire semester. The students teach, grade and are responsible for all aspects of the learning process. Each year, three of these teachers are selected to sit on the Junior Steering Committee of the program. This group is responsible for teaching the next generation of course councilors, for creating all test materials for MGCR-222B and mentoring the new cohort. The program selects only students with exceptional grades and superb public speaking abilities.
