Junior Steering Committee - Organizational Behavior Course Councilor Program At Mcgill UniversityMcgill University 2003 - 2005Montreal, Qc, CaThe OBCC program at McGill is the only program of its kind. It allows pairs of undergraduate students to undergo an intense training program to teach Introduction to Organizational Behavior to a class of fellow students for an entire semester. The students teach, grade and are responsible for all aspects of the learning process. Each year, three of these teachers are selected to sit on the Junior Steering Committee of the program. This group is responsible for teaching the next generation of course councilors, for creating all test materials for MGCR-222B and mentoring the new cohort. The program selects only students with exceptional grades and superb public speaking abilities.
