My passion has always been working with others, in any capacity. Where there are problems, I truly enjoy being somebody that has the privilege of finding solutions.I was given my first supervisor position at the age of 19 when I worked at the DTW airport, loading and unloading aircrafts. While I am grateful for this job teaching me that I love leading and helping others succeed, I was still yearning for something else.This led me to the cell-phone industry (Sprint and eventually Verizon) where I worked my way up from a part-time salesman to a store manager. I did this for roughly five years and was awarded numerous awards along the way including: "Top Store Manager," "Top Salesman," and many others. Most recently, I worked at Microsoft, which was a dream come true. My role as a Customer Trainer allowed me to constantly learn different programs, teach others how to use them, and challenge myself as a public speaker. This position included working as a part of a team as well as work with customers. I am now actively looking for new employment!I pride myself in being able to effectively communicate with not only customers but co-workers, remain teachable as a team-member, and successfully lead a team of my own.
