Manager, Membership And Database Marketing
Current• Increase awareness of the Gallery, grow AGO audiences, particularly the AGO’s Membership base and Annual Pass holders, and drive growth across all business streams• Formulate annual strategies in support of short-term and long-term objectives. Monitors, evaluates and adjusts strategies and tactics to optimize performance.• Develop, implement and manage strategic direct marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness and attendance within AGO Branding and Strategic Planning parameters• Creates, manages and executes marketing campaigns and manages all direct marketing communications and channels, including customer segmentation, campaign setup and execution, asset management, and implementing robust tracking and measurement.• Leverage current databases, systems and workflow processes to set up key reporting requirements and to optimize direct marketing tactics and overall program performance.• Supports the overall membership, annual pass and direct to consumer communications strategy by defining and developing campaign messaging that drives customer action. • Contributes to the AGO’s integrated marketing and communications strategies and website editorial strategy. • Partners and manages internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all content is on-brand, timely, accurate, and compelling to targeted audiences.• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of direct marketing activities through qualitative and quantitative measures.
