Responsible for taking concept with seed funding and turning it into a fully functional, Internet scalable, product offering.Created, tracked and managed the product strategy across the business to product launch. Recruited and organized the development and QA teams effectively to get the service operational and ready for shakeout in 9 months. Worked with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to plan and execute go to market strategy. Led company product development for the mobile market including applications that allowed clients to initiate dynamic conference calls from wireless devices. Produced a highly scalable service that is the world’s largest SIP server, a state-of-the-art desktop client, and a patent application with 72 claims.Worked directly with senior members of Microsoft and Level(3) to identify and execute joint product developments.

Responsible for two development centers that had the sole corporate responsibility for delivering solutions to Asia Pacific. The centers totaled 200+ contributors with a yearly budget of $30M+ including Development, Quality Assurance, Technical Publications, Architecture and Integration, and Product Release organizations. Responsible for software delivery to customers such as NTT (Nippon Telephone and Telegraph), DDI, IDO, and Telstra. Managed budget planning, strategic product planning, new business development, collaboration with sales, product roadmap, organizational structuring, increasing product reliability, decreasing time to market, and decreasing COGS. The Asia Pacific center was responsible for developing the companies largest and most highly complex software deliverables including: NTT’s Disaster Recovery Service ($67M+), and DDI / IDO cdmaOne wireless network services ($21M+). Projects were delivered on time, on or under budget and with high quality. Received a “Key Contributor Award” for outstanding efforts leading to corporate success.
