• Successfully spearheaded shows which included pre and post-games for the Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals, and Washington Redskins, along with live news shows and special format programming. • Carefully prepared crew for their roles in various programs. • Diligently served in the launch of a new studio for Comcast in Penn's Landing area of Philadelphia. Collaborated with engineering, lighting directors and set builders in creating a production area for the Comcast Network. • Directed live and live-to-tape programs that were shown on CN8, which reached over six million homes in our viewing area. • Supervised a full-time crew of 14, which was supplemented by freelancers. • Maintained a daily dialogue with other departments (engineering, graphics, and producers) to ensure that out high production quality standards were being met on a daily basis. • Mentored crew members and developed career paths that they would follow to maximize their career growth. • Participated in both six-month and yearly reviews for full-time employees.
