CurrentEngineering Work with Engineering departments Core, Transport, Voice, MSP and NOC in evaluating current and upcoming Product changes. Work with internal teams on understanding network growth and expansion Review and give engineering training sessions to Technology Solutions Engineers on current Products offerings Act as Technology Solutions Engineering’s primary escalation point Assist Sales Engineering with Customer Design Work with Sales Engineering to design cost efficiency, and high availability solutions to meet customer requirements Product DevelopmentWork with a select team of peers to develop new products, relaunch and modify current products, and define our existing products. Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership to oversee and ensure successful outcomesTechnical Documentation Develop and Maintain process and Department procedures Maintain internal Enterprise, Voice, and MSP product training materialsDevelop internal facing training documentation on technical and process related subject within the scope of my responsibilities.Reporting Develop, Track and Report agreed upon team metrics Monthly to direct managerWireless Customer Engineering SupportOversee engineering that directly supports our Wireless (Cellular) customers and provide Incident Escalation, Equipment Vetting, Quarterly Business Reviews, Sales Support, and Project Management from an Engineering perspective.Technical Sales Cost EstimationManage a team/queue of Voice, Managed Services, and Enterprise products that require technical review and further cost evaluation to provide accurate, functional, and technically sound solutions supporting our Sales teams to ensure our customers get the technology that they need and the costs are accounted for effectively.
