My name is Mark, I’m currently a senior at Purdue University studying Industrial Engineering Technology, and I’m excited about the journey ahead in my career. Over the past few years, I’ve gained hands-on experience through internships that have really shaped my professional path.At Bastian Solutions, I’ve had the chance to dive deep into project engineering, working with AutoCAD and HyCAD to create and review approval drawings. I’ve assisted with on-site measurements and made sure to follow all safety protocols. This role taught me a lot about precision and teamwork, and I enjoyed the challenge of balancing technical tasks with delivering top-notch customer service.Before that, I worked in inside and online sales at Bastian Solutions, where I learned the ropes of managing customer communications, processing orders, and keeping track of quotes and vendor information. It was a great way to build my organizational skills and get a taste of the sales side of the business.I also spent some time working at Meijer, where I handled stocking and customer service in the produce department. This role gave me a solid foundation in retail operations and taught me the importance of staying organized and responsive.Outside of work and school, I’m involved in the Titan Club and love playing guitar and spending time with my family.
