Schuler produced pre-fabricated meter settings for the natural gas industry selling its products directly to natural gas providers nationwide. Managed the day-to-day operations of this rapidly growing manufacturing company with ultimate profit and loss responsibility reporting directly to the board of directors. Lead the operations, sales, marketing, estimating, information technology, and administrative functions in concert with a hand picked executive management team. During 5-year tenure as president, expanded business from 13 employees to a 55-employee company.
