Having worked in a number of different countries with people of all ages from all walks of life, I appreciate the way to create a successful learning experience is by having a genuine enthusiasm and by holding a strong belief in the potential of each and every learner.My areas of training expertise include personal development, leadership & management skills, customer service, presentation skills, communication skills, and instructional techniques training.Having an extensive knowledge of training approaches and holding a number of qualifications, I am able to offer the most effective solutions that best meets the learner/organisation's needs. I am CiTP & CMI qualified, a certificated Life Skills Coach and NLP practitioner, as well as being an experienced SDI (Personal Strengths), MSCEIT (Emotional Intelligence), Franklin Covey (Leadership & Trust) and Lumina Spark (Personal Development) facilitator.I currently have the pleasure of working in a coaching capacity, helping clients to help themselves in their growth and development of capacity. I continue to grow my coaching network and enjoy the learning opportunity that each new relationship brings with it.I am also working on several CIPD apprenticeship programmes including Team Leader L3, HR levels 3 & 5, Business Administration level 3, Leadership and Management level 3 and Learning & Development levels 3 & 5. Through engaging delivery and coaching sessions, I am helping learners move towards their gateway and on to successful completion of their end point assessment (EPA).
