Supported the founders of a 3D vizualization/modelling agency to add web design and development capability providing the foundation of what became a full-service digital agency.Sourced and managed team of remotely located freelance designers, front and back-end developers across UK, Romania, Brazil. This allowed the service to be spun up with minimal cash-flow required.Early adopter of agile principles which aided in the ability to deliver on customer outcomes with distributed team.Devised & delivered the development of a SaaS platform aimed at real estate agencies, rental agencies and property developers allowing them to manage their inventory online. This was a feature-rich system at a reasonable cost not available in the market at that time.Built up and supported profitable web-hosting service handling in excess of 130 hosting accounts including email, domain registration and DNS management.Built up and operated profitable email marketing service that included the University of Leeds sending in excess of 160,000 emails per month.

Design, installation, maintenance and support of a 30-seat site including desktop, laptops, servers (Active Directory, Exchange/email & file storage) in a mixed Microsoft, Linux & Mac environment. Managed compliance requirements for file & email backup and archiving.
