Mr Ebeling’ s experience in the telecommunications, financial, credit and collections, healthcare, and mortgage industries encompass the entire system development life cycle including, business requirement definition, development, testing, conversion, operations, and team management. Mr. Ebeling is a technical lead working on the CoreNV project for the State of Nevada. The project is upgrading the current Advantage 2x product for both FIN and HRM to the Advantage 4x system. Mr. Ebeling is supporting backfill for the States technical team on the Advantage 2x product, while also working on additional development requirements for Advantage 4x. He is supporting data warehouse, timesheet and other Human Resources legacy applications to allow the State’s employees to be involved in the CoreNV project.

Lead working on the Next Gen Payroll team, Mr. Ebeling helped in engineering, developing, and revamping not only the Payroll system, but also the entire batch-processing framework in Advantage HRM. Mr. Ebeling was a lead member creating the Proof of Concept for a new service-oriented model of services designed to integrate with Advantage HRM. These upgrades transformed the batch Cobol based architecture into a modern, container hosted, REST service architecture based on SpringBoot in java. Mr. Ebeling worked as the Cobol expert with an AI team transforming the Cobol code into Java code. He also coded some of the Python scripts used for end-to-end scenario testing of Payroll. The Next Gen team was an agile driven team, developing code, and automating testing scripts, into a container environment for future releases.

As the Integration/Interfaces Technical Lead, Mr. Ebeling identified, designed, and lead the development effort of the Advantage HRM product for the State of Colorado HR Works project. The Advantage HRM product will replace the current Payroll Processing system for State, pairing with the Advantage FIN product. Integrations with Workday via Mulesoft are will use the Advantage Business Integration (ABI) product. Colorado’s custom ABI system accepts data from the State’s Mulesoft ESB, and delivers it to the Advantage HRM system. In addition, Mr. Ebeling is working on outbound interfaces for payroll management to all Colorado State agencies.

Mr. Ebeling was the Senior Technical resource for the Maricopa County Financial System upgrade project. Mr. Ebeling was brought onto the project to help push the delivery of the Advantage software into the Go-Live date. He was the senior resource creating and maintaining inbound and outbound interfaces. Mr. Ebleing worked on developing both the Financial and Budgeting systems in both PDI and Java.

As a Technical Lead on the CORE Advantage Project for the State of Colorado's OIT, Mr Ebeling developed interfaces for both the FIN and HRM products. Mr Ebeling used Data Integrator from Pervasive to create incoming and outgoing interface transformations using the XML. He also worked on the Labor Data Collection initiative to process the State payroll in the HRM product and import it into Performance Budgeting in the FIN product. Mr Ebeling also conducted the Performance Testing initiative for the Advantage Financial application using Jmeter. He created and ran automated scripts to perform load and throughput testing as a baseline in the production environment.

Mr Ebeling was an Interface Team lead on the Colorado Healthcare Exchange project. He conducted analysis with several external interface components, designed interface requirements, and helped develop the interfaces for the exchange’s Oracle Service Bus platform. Mr Ebeling helped lead the development of the exchange using Oracle’s SOA Suite in the OSB layer. He then worked as the Defect Manager through a successful go-live in October 2013.

Mr. Ebeling was a senior testing resource on PNC Bank’s Consumer Lending Technology team. Mr. Ebeling worked on the project to convert collections systems into CGI’s CACS version 8.2. After PNC’s acquisition of RBC Bank, Mr. Ebeling wrote test scripts for the conversion requirements, and the new CDS records. He also performed testing during the conversion system testing working toward Line of Business approval of the conversion.

Mr. Ebeling is Senior Programmer on the San Diego Gas and Electric project to upgrade CACS Java front-end to JDK 1.6 and into a custom WebLogic 10.3 configuration. He is responsible for researching, designing and updating the CACS front-end code to pass message requests using SOAP protocol and using 2-way SSL communications thru the CISCO AXG server to the CACS CICS backend.

Mr. Ebeling was the Configuration Manager on CGI’s Product Development team for the MI360 solution. He was responsible for reviewing, building, and deploying releases in each environment using Eclipse with a CVS Repository. Mr. Ebeling was responsible for the Apache and JBoss middleware administration, configuring them as web and application servers in this MI360 JEE solution. He deployed JasperServer Pro as the MI360’s reporting tool. He lead the Go-Live implementations for Release 1A, 1B, and 2.0. Mr. Ebeling worked closely with the Technical Architect to determine future middleware configurations and implementations of the product in order to configure the application in the most effective and performance oriented manner.

Mr. Ebeling was the Development Manager on the NYC Citywide Financial Advantage project in charge of a geographically dispersed team of 25 developers. The Advantage product is an object oriented system based on Java, XML, and dynamic HTML. His responsibilities include project plan management, reviewing technical designs and code, leading meetings, tracking deliverables, documenting and tracking issues, and working in Rational Clear Quest and Clear Case in order to track specific defects into the custom and baseline code base.

Mr. Ebeling was a Project Manager on Enterprise Originations project for Wells Fargo. He is the program manager for the Stability and System Techinical Support teams. His responsibilities include leading daily meetings, documenting and tracking issues, and tracking specific defects into the Wells Fargo EO system. He also supports the production support with scheduling.

Working on the I2K Billing project for Verizon Wireless. He was a project manager and team leader for various enhancements managing up to 16 developers consisting of both client employees and other contractors. He gathered requirements, created approaches, wrote detail designs, wrote code, and implemented the enhancement into production. He also worked with the operations team performing production support for I2K and its related interfaces including MTAS and CACS.

Mr. Ebeling was a Senior Business Analyst on the EAI Methodology team for AT&T Broadband. The EAI team provided a methodology for AT&T Broadband to transition from distributed "stove pipe" architecture to EAI bus architecture. Mr. Ebeling documented the business process thread creating the process model for the EAI methodology using the CaseWise Corporate Modeler tool. He also worked on the data and event models to be implemented using J2EE.

Mr. Ebeling was a team leader/developer on the Routing Layer project at QuantumShift. The Routing Layer system is a Java B2B solution for provisioning services between QuantumShift’s InterAct system and it’s telecommunications providers. The architecture is based around Vitria’s BusinessWare product using an object-oriented architecture with Java, XML and XSL integrated components, to automatically provision services for QuantumShift’s clients.

Mr. Ebeling was previously a senior programmer analyst and the billing/rating team leader on the Qwest Wireless project. He created detail designs for enhancements and then implemented them into the Care2000 billing system. His responsibilities included designing, documenting, and developing the modifications to the ASA, Billing, and Rating subsystems. He also worked with key client contacts to create the process design specifications from client defined business requirements that were accepted by the client team.

He was responsible for developing a working understanding of AMS' Provis Commissions system, and supporting the design with development of AirTouch specific enhancements to Provis, a C++/Unix/SUN based system. He helped with the creation of the ECS, while mentoring and leading more junior personnel on the project remotely from the AMS Golden offices.

SNET Cellular; Mr. Ebeling was the Group Leader for the Business Requirements, Development, and Testing teams on a project supporting Mobile2000® software for a cellular telecommunications company. Mr. Ebeling also managed the Conversion team preparing to transition to a new billing system and integration of the CACS collections system. He was responsible for 4 development and technical teams consisting of 15 employees. Mr. Ebeling was responsible for overseeing the work and managing the tasks according to the schedule and budget. In addition, Mr. Ebeling was a key project member responsible for client management regarding the functionality of Mobile2000 and the feasibility of future enhancements to the system.
