Eros Now is the leading online streaming service for popular Bollywood (Hindi) and regional Indian movies. The products we designed reach over 140 million viewers.· I owned the visual design, user testing, and prototyping for all sVOD products which emcom- passed web, mobile, and OTT connected devices (Apple TV, Roku, Amazon and Smart TVs).· I researched and developed solutions to overcome challenges around multiple languages, regional content, international onboarding, and targeted content across different markets.· I managed and mentored teams (both foreign and domestic) with a focus on communication, streamlining workflows, and reinforcing business goals.

Socialtext's enterprise collaboration platform allows employees to share expertise, speed workflows and get their jobs done faster by applying Web 2.0 technologies. I developed the UX process at Socialtext by leveraging our software to receive customer feedback and turning their frustrations into better experiences through high fidelity wireframes, prototyping and testing. In my time there, we updated our mobile products, overhauled our web software, and worked towards unifying and adapting our product with our parent company, Peoplefluent.

Magnet is building the platform for next-generation enterprise applications. · Researched, prototyped and designed complex mobile apps (Android and iOS) to showcase the power and simplicity of Magnet’s platform.· Built a small team and optimized the design process to rapidly create a suite of developer tools and the company’s corporate website.

Astro Gaming is a lifestyle brand for gamers. They build premium products and it was paramount to translate that emphasis on quality design to all our marketing and e-commerce efforts. I built a small team and pulled in resources to fulfill brand strategies across web, print and video mediums. Some highlights were the launching of several successful retail websites in the US, Europe and Asia; creating online product configurators; and developing a new customer service portal – all of which increased revenue and improved customer satisfaction.

My focus at MeeVee was to improve the ways people could connect around television. By gathering user's interests and building communities around certain television shows, we were able to help our users get the most out of their TV time. I handled all of the UI design. Some other projects included building an interactive video aggregator, marketing campaigns and Facebook games.

Together with a small group of designers, engineers and editors, we built a variety of communities revolving around the video game industry. I handled the UI and assisted in branding efforts for several Ziff Davis properties including 1UP.com, Gamevideos.com, MyCheats.com and GameTab.

Managed an integrated team of 8 designers, animators and audio professionals. Produced rich media flash cartoons, games and applications in addition to individual radio show identities. Oversaw UI and design of website.

Quickly rose to manage a design team of 6 to fulfill development and advertising needs.
