Developed and managed a dedicated Event Planning Department focused on capturing member and member adjacent events.Integral member of the Club House Renovation Team (2012) to update Function Space and Member Dining Outlets. Renovations netted an increase of 17% in member restaurant revenue and 41% increase in event revenue.Created and nurtured a unique culture focusing on employee retention, upscale dining experiences, menu and wine knowledge. All of this resulting in an improved member experience and increased usage of the club and its offerings.Quickly created and implemented a COVID-19 safe environment which resulted in creating and executing Curbside Meals and other Food Programs which led to the financial sustainability of Woodland.
