A simple request, shared by a former customer, led me to identify an unmet need to extract business intelligence from enthusiast forums. From an initial working prototype, I have developed and evolved PilotLight into a B2B SaaS platform that identifies brand and product-related conversations found in forums and delivers reporting and analytics to business.

Developed a system to monitor state changes in the ERP platform, capture before and after versions of the data, and collect a change request annotation from a Hirsh team member to prevent inaccurate tracking of delivery metrics.
