I Started here as an automotive technician and immediately got the hang of things. As time progressed I eventually started getting the hang of other jobs within by watching and learning. Now I'm taking on the role of customer service adviser which includes talking to our guests and telling them about their cars, stuff that they maybe didn't know and things that we can do to prevent them from having problems in the future. Along with giving them the oil change of their choice that suits their car. I eventually made my way to the store General manager position but after a while figured that wasn't for me and I stepped down to the assistant gm position. I parted ways on my own terms with the company on January 8th, 2020 to pursue a career in the cannabis industry.

When I first started at Embers I was the main dishwasher. As time progressed I made my way to line cook and eventually learned every spot on the line without a problem. As they kept on bringing in new staff; including new head chefs I stuck along and made the needed adjustments to keep everything going well. This is because I was the kitchen employee that's been employed the longest(since they opened). Eventually the whole kitchen staff was new and I had to train everyone while being held in the same position when I feel I should've been looked at for a promotion but I stuck around long enough for them to fill their needed vacancies and eventually gave my 2 week notice.

When I first started at UPS my main objective was to unload semis (about 3/day). After that I made my way to a sorter and my goal there was to sort all the packages from the semis and put them on the right belt so that they get to the right area of the building. Lastly my last position I held here was preload. My objective doing preload was to load 3 UPS delivery trucks. To do this, I had to watch the belt walking back and forth at a fast pace loading my packages and making sure I wasnt grabbing the wrong ones or putting them in the wrong truck(misloading).

Along with delivering food, I also made food on the line, took orders over the phone and in store, restocked inventory, and cleaned the store at the end of the night.
