Whenever asked to help define, design or plan work in his space, Mark leaned in and helped make things clearer for all across the project and company. Mark is an amazing teammate - working to mentor and support others across the team to do their best work. Often he would be pulled in multiple directions based on how our services fed into our client, and he did a great job communicating his ETAs and orienting towards unblocking others. He provided amazing feedback on how our engineering and team culture could evolve in retros and took direct steps to improving that himself. If you are looking for an amazing leader, an adept engineer and a good person to join your team and solve all of your game services needs, in addition to being a huge advocate for cross-discipline development and quality, then Mark is the perfect fit!
