Mark D. Egner has over 25 years of experience in the construction management field. From his beginning in field engineering to consulting other construction professionals, Mr. Egner has used his education and experiences to consistently bring construction projects in on time and under budget. As a contractor he has worked on heavy civil and commercial projects ranging from $1 million to $250 million. Much of Mr. Egner’s heavy infrastructure experience has been gained in the Southwestern United States. His commercial strengths allowed him to become a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.As a consultant he utilizes time management software controls that include Primavera P6 and P3, SureTrack, and Microsoft Project. From estimating, issuance of contracts, development, to total project management of construction projects, Mr. Egner has the experience and knowledge to support any construction project from the initial planning and design to substantial completion.
