Designs and revises enterprise financial and resource planning systems to reflect desired business outcomes. • Transition Manager for contract implementation in 127 days at 4 locations with 90k items in 300k stock keeping locations and staff of 150.• Served on the winning team for 7 IPV contracts in support of 4 sequential clients.• Positioned business unit to move into a supply chain business with high transactional volume at a very low dollar value while retaining their existing high value low volume business.• Prepared monthly invoices and reports on behalf of both client and the Government for material delivered against multiple task orders based on data from multiple sources.• Received recognition from US Army for helping to transition a contractor from product development and manufacturing into full life cycle support.• Developed information technology systems, supporting processes and data flows for the Marine Corps transition from organic maintenance to CLS of repairable items. • Re-established trust and communication between client and their customer. • Designed, fabricated, and developed the hardware and software for test equipment which provided faithful daily service for over ten years in a commercial contract test laboratory.
