Mark began working in a brokerage office in 1995 while attending The University of Tennessee at Martin. He received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration while majoring in Accounting. After graduation, he began his career managing wealth for individuals and institutions.Mark holds series 7, 63 and 65 licenses as well as being licensed to offer life and health insurance. During Mark’s career, he completed course work at the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business allowing him to set for the rigorous Certified Financial Planner™ exam.Volunteer service:The Downtown Paducah Kiwanis club, serving as a current member and former President and board member.Elected Lt. Governor of Kentucky Tennessee District 15, Kiwanis.Former advisory board member for The Salvation Army.Former Chair of The March of Dimes.Current President of The University of Tennessee at Martin Alumni Association.When Mark isn’t serving his clients, he is focused on family. Mark and Kathryn met in college and are raising two beautiful daughters who want to grow up and be like dad. For the time being, they are involved in many activities that keep the whole family on the go and are being encouraged to be more like mom!! The family has also grown to love fly fishing in the western states and traveling through the greatest country in the history of the world. They also have a dog named Mac who may be spotted laying around the office.
