I am in my 21st year and, as a result, have had a sizable number of HR placements over this time! World class corporate Clients engage my firm on a contingent basis to source top HR talent nationwide for their Field and Corporate COE openings. At any given time, I am conducting nationwide searches for HR Generalists, HRM's, HRBP's, and HRD's, as well as SME's in a given HR functional area (e.g. - Talent Management, Labor Relations, Total Rewards, etc.). The industries of my Corporate clients vary, but they all have the same goal of strengthening their HR function by onboarding game changing HR talent!My background prior to launching this firm includes earning an MBA,HR from Michigan State and then 18 years of Corporate HR work experience with diverse companies (including General Electric and Georgia Pacific) in diverse setting (including unionized manufacturing plants and call centers).
