As Director of Landmark Industrial Services, I provide Executive oversight to Landmark's offering of engineering, purchasing and construction services to the industrial markets of North America. From API 650 new tank construction to API 653 repairs to ASME vessels, Landmark provides state-of-the-art service to our customers through exceptional safety, quality and execution standards. Our in-house fabrication fully supports our construction and repair of spheres, LNG tanks and flat-bottom storage tanks.

Serving as both an independent service provider to our customers and a holding company for ICG, Inc, GVIR, Inc. works with a number of large insurance groups and their brokers and adjusters to review losses to above ground storage tanks (ASTs). These losses can range from isolated, minor damage to a single tank, to the loss of a complete storage terminal due to natural catastrophe. We work with Insurers to review the damage against the repair/replacement claims of the owners to assist in providing the Insurers a clear picture, independent of the owner, of the actual damage caused and a realistic approach towards repairing the damage.ICG. Inc. specializes in assisting small- to medium-sized companies grow their business internationally. Bringing nearly 30 years of construction and manufacturing experience to the table, along with extensive training and knowledge of many of the hot foreign target markets, we help our clients navigate the difficult waters of international expansion/start-up. Expanding internationally is not as simple as deciding to open a shop in Shanghai, finding a plant to rent, hiring on some help and, poof, 60 days later begin manufacturing goods. And, in many cases, the foreign culture can be as tricky as the protocol.I have proven experience not only in greenfield startups of manufacturing abroad, but also in the legal and financial setup of foreign subsidiaries, foreign employment protocols, and understanding the importance of bridging the cultural gaps to insure a smooth and seamless startup. I've also been involved in the start-up of service-based businesses abroad via: greenfield startups, joint ventures and other, more complex inter-company contracts to share resources and expertise in locations abroad.

As Project Sponsor, I am overseeing the construction and completion of a $100+ million pumping station and terminal for TransCanada's Keystone Pipeline project. One of many pumping stations, this station is very complex and positioned right in the heart of the "pipeline crossroad of the world", Cushing, Oklahoma. With multiple contractors supporting Matrix personnel in the field erection, I oversee a total staff of nearly 1,000 tradesmen and administrative staff. I am responsible for P&L on the project along with building and maintaining relationships with the customer, subcontractors and the general public. Matrix took over this site from a previous contractor that was extremely late and incredibly over budget. In just a few short weeks, we've managed to develop a realistic completion date and have made tremendous headway towards meeting that date, in spite of numerous spur-of-the-moment changes and discovery of previous contractor's mistakes. In spite of the challenges, I'm very confident that we will bring this project to closure on time and on budget.

Served as a VP in various capacities ranging from oversight of domestic tank maintenance and repair operations in the South US and Inspections to international expansion and business development.Worked with various operating groups within HMT to determine the appropriate global footprint for the company. During this time oversaw a grassroots construction and commissioning of a 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the Agean Free Trade Zone, Izmir, Turkey, bringing the facility online on-time and below budget with zero injuries of any degree.Also, involved in M&A activities, domestically and abroad working with companies of varying size and discipline to add to and enhance HMT's portfolio of global services.

Purchased by HMT in 2007, Enardo LLC is a unique engineering, design and fabrication company specializing in high-end vapor control products ranging from simple thief hatches to highly engineered flame-, detonation- and deflagration arrestors. In 2006, prior to acquisition by HMT, Enardo was turning approximately $16mm pa. Post-acquisiton growth has been over 400%.

Oversaw day-to-day HR and Personnel issues ranging from employee disputes to annual negotiations and contracting for employee benefits and retirement packages. Also worked on specialized project as time would allow such as leading projects to relocate strategic manufacturing facilities.

Various positions in a fast-growing career from beginning as a project Purchasing Manager to recovering a failing Gulf Coast Region from annual losses to a lead producer. Final position was in an oversight role of Matrix then-first LNG storage tank project in South Louisiana valued in excess of $160 million.
