Supervision of 10 staff, provide on floor supervision and customer contact point, cashing up, reconciliation and internal banking for cash line bingo department. Developing performance monitoring for department was another one of my roles as well as dealing with staffing issues. I also called bingo numbers on a shift rota system.

Input of crime details reported over the telephone from officers at the scene of crime onto national database, update details for crimes as more information supplied by both telephone and fax.

Find non paying debtors for which mail had been returned from recorded address, using internal and external agencies. Make contact with debtors if possible to arrange repayments.
