We now have the go ahead for our new YouCan which I will be delivering. It is a funded course for 16-18 yr olds who are not in employment, education or training.It is a Motivational Self confidence based course with a large slant on Careers Sign Posting

Working on placement and as a volunteer, helping long term unemployed clients prepare for employment by development of both soft skills and employability skills. Using both 1 to 1 and group sessions, build self confidence and belief within themselves. Assisting clients to find suitable vacancies using a variety of sourcing techniques and give them the best.

Supervision of 9 staff, production of cake mixes to specification, completion of internal paperwork for legal auditing, cover for supervisor absence.

Supervision of 6 staff, production of mousse, cake and pastry mixes to specification, including weighing of ingredients, processing of heated products (gels and sauces), production and supervision of mixes (both dairy and non dairy based), quality control of completed mixes (including checking whip to volumes, consistency and colour) ensuring delivery of.

Supervision of 10 staff, provide on floor supervision and customer contact point, cashing up, reconciliation and internal banking for cash line bingo department. Developing performance monitoring for department was another one of my roles as well as dealing with staffing issues. I also called bingo numbers on a shift rota system.

Input of crime details reported over the telephone from officers at the scene of crime onto national database, update details for crimes as more information supplied by both telephone and fax.

Find non paying debtors for which mail had been returned from recorded address, using internal and external agencies. Make contact with debtors if possible to arrange repayments.
