As a Leadership and Development Associate at NewGlobe, I supported innovative and scalable learning models in low-resource contexts. With over six years of work experience in education and development, I have developed strong social networking, communication, and writing skills that enable me to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and create impactful solutions. My expertise in education and development stems from my previous roles as an ESL Instructor at a public school in South Korea, where I taught and engaged with hundreds of students and teachers, and as an Agroforestry Specialist in the Peace Corps, where I worked with local communities in Senegal to implement sustainable and environmentally friendly practices and projects. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges and opportunities in education and development across different regions and cultures. My mission is to empower educators and learners to achieve their full potential and create positive change in their communities and the world.
