I established myself as one of Accenture’s global thought leaders in Transport and created a strong network of industry relationships with operators and authorities around the world, often speaking at major transport conferences and publishing articles for Accenture. During this period, my main responsibilities were: • UK Public Transport Lead (2010 – 2016), responsible for all Accenture’s work within Public Transport at clients such as Keolis, Go-Ahead, FirstGroup, LG and Arriva and pursuit of new business at regional and national authorities. I originated over $200m of new opportunity, led the creation of new accounts at all the above clients as well as personal sales and delivery of over $6m of management consulting and systems integration projects in areas such Smart Ticketing and new rail franchise awards.• Fare Management Sales and Campaign Lead (2004 – 2015), responsible for founding and shaping Accenture’s global Fare Management offering, establishing sales organisations, leading software acquisitions and personally originating over $600m of new opportunity in IT managed services as well as providing point consulting subject matter expertise and industry thought leadership to multiple global transport providers.

During this period I led Accenture’s global account with Hewlett-Packard for the global Accenture COO, managed a number of new Accenture invested ecommerce start-ups and acted as Managing Director for Accenture’s “Connection to eBay” service across Europe.

During this period, having joined Andersen Consulting as a graduate, I trained as a Techical Consultant and worked at a range of major client projects including North West Water, Woolwich Building Society, Finland Post Office and National Power where I led a number of project teams in areas such as IT systems management, technical architecture and IT operations.
