Biggest effort was leading a strategic corporate start-up initiative to bring Epson’s PresionCore Business Inkjet MFP’s to the corporate office. This was done by bringing to users PrecisionCore’s differentiated value and benefits (reliability, cost and sustainability) versus existing laser products. As part of the initiative, drove the creation of sales and marketing teams, reseller channel and the development of the back office and service programs and initiatives.
