*Develop, administer, and manage grant application process and associated reports for all Foundation grant programs.*Manage and execute the collection and analysis of all evaluation metrics for the NJTL Network, including the development of high-level data summary dashboards and overall data analysis of key measures. *Manage the annual NJTL enrollment process, build system to collect data and make changes as determined by senior management, conduct sample audits and verify and validate chapter star level status requirements. *Monitor anticipated revenue and work with the Fundraising and Development team to ensure final agreements are received by P&S, disbursements are made according to Foundation needs and donor intent. *Manage the Disbursement Committee of the board including agendas, votes, minutes, board report development and other reports. *Collaborate with the National Manager of Fund/Development to ensure required funder metrics are collected for reporting purposes. *Manage all administrative duties associated with the disbursement of funds including interactions with Finance team check requests, such as but not limited to verification and collection of organizational documentation.*Manage Corporate Activations, as assigned by the Director of P&S.*Prepare presentations for senior level management and/or Foundation Board of Directors as needed.*Assist with the management of the NJTL Network, including the development of information gathering surveys, and coordination of communication with all NJTL chapters.*Assist with the management of the NJTL Network, including the development of information gathering surveys, and coordination of communication with all NJTL chapters.*Monitor reporting deadlines to ensure grantees are in compliance with grant stipulations and manage the annual audit of selected grantees.*Perform all duties associated with the creation and submission of legal requests through the appropriate software platform.
