• Worked at Executive Vice President’s (EVP) and VP level to develop and set the Organization Effectiveness agenda for Shell's new Project & Technology organisation.• Developed and implemented a programme designed to focus Shell's global project community on the core principles for capital project success. • Providing OE and leadership support to Shell’s major project delivery organization working across complex projects encompassing multiple partners, stakeholder and governance structures.• Facilitation of senior leadership teams focusing on leadership effectiveness.• Led a number of high impactful events and interventions with demonstrable outcomes around employee engagement and effectiveness.

• Led a multidisciplinary team that identified USD32 million of benefits for a 3rd party Eastern European refining customer• Lead change management efforts across a range of business improvement program across multiple themes, including leadership alignment and project development, for a 3rd party customer. Total value of the program was USD30 million.• Worked with and coached Account Executives to build relationships with clients at Executive levels applying the 4D sales model and 'trusted advisor' learnings.
