Mark England owns a Real Estate Redevelopment company in Torrance, California called Win-Win Homes. In this capacity, Mark England and his staff, backed by a team of cash lenders, purchase and repair distressed homes in Torrance and other cities throughout the state. Once any needed renovations have been completed, the company sells the refurbished homes directly to buyers. To stay professionally up to date, he is a member of Fortune Builders and the Real Estate Investor Association.In addition to his real estate venture, Mr. England serves as a Product Development Engineering Manager for Toyota, with responsibility for developing vehicle components such as running boards, exhaust systems, and tow hitches. He started working for Toyota in 1999 as a mechanical engineer in the racing division, i.e. Toyota Racing Development. After spending 12 years at TRD, Mr. England transferred to Toyota's HQ in Torrance. After earning a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Mr. England began his career in the oilfield of Western Canada working for Schlumberger in 1995. After that, he did a short stint in Silicon Valley, CA working for San Jose's Parametric Technology Corporation in 1997 before moving to TRD.In his free time, he enjoys woodworking and home repair projects. He also supports the community and, through Win-Win Homes, recently performed the makeover of a local elementary school. Mr. England has committed to donating 5% of his company's earnings to the local elementary school in the neighborhood they do their rehabbing.
