Provide comprehensive technical support via phone and email for 7 offices' computers, VOIP phones, mobile devices and printers. Configure OSX Server and deploy iPads firm wide. Implement Altiris and help desk ticketing system.

Investigate and resolve complex problems related to local supported technologies for over 100 users. Provide troubleshooting support of servers/desktops/laptops and associated applications, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or electronic format as well as in person. Manage and support remote access hardware, such as PDAs and RSA tokens.

Provided contract managed IT services to small and medium companies under a flat rate model. Worked with companies from 5 to 500 employees as sole IT provider. Rich experience in a wide range of technologies from desktop support to virtualized environment migrations.

Provide network support and management of all switches, routers, and hubs with over 4000 users in 42 sites. Analyze and resolve critical hardware and software issues within the Windows environment. Ensure all issues are resolved on a timely basis. Handle the configuration and management of the internal network. Perform full lifecycle project management from requirements gathering through implementation. Author comprehensive technical documentation on policies and procedures. Design new guidelines and tools to improve repair time. Handle software upgrades and patches to ensure network security and enhanced performance. Spearheaded the design and implementation of over 250 Nortel routers and switches, over 1000 Dell PC's, and 80 Windows 2003 servers within 42 sites. Successfully designed the roll out of the entire Network Operations Center, providing the ability to monitor over 300 network nodes.
