I am a highly experienced Programme Manager with a track record of delivering complex multi-million pound programmes, from both the technology and business sides. My broad business experience and strong technical background enable me to understand the technology infrastructure, software, data and business process components of a solution.I have extensive experience in managing large technology programmes, including infrastructure and software builds, covering the whole delivery life cycle (both Waterfall and Agile). Some of these programmes were delivered by internationally based teams, made up from third party suppliers, client staff, consultants and contractors. I also have solid project turn-around experience, having rescued multiple troubled project deliveries.My considerable consulting experience (including Big 4) has allowed me to develop excellent communication and relationship management skills. This encompasses reporting to and advising at CxO level, and working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders.I also have sound commercial experience including the management of third parties, contract negotiation and monitoring supplier delivery.I am accustomed to working with the Risk and Audit functions and have experience of working with a Regulator, reporting to the Business Risk Committee and reporting and managing risk within a bank-wide portfolio of projects.
