As the CEO and Founder of PSQ Productions, I lead a dedicated team of over 500 full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees. My primary focus has always been on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, which I believe is fundamental to our success.At PSQ Productions, I oversee all aspects of our operations and event production, with the goal of delivering unforgettable experiences across hundreds of events. Building strong relationships with vendors, event promoters, clients, and key community stakeholders has been crucial in ensuring the success and positive reception of our events.One of my proudest achievements is conceptualizing and continually producing Winter Fest OC and Night of Lights OC since 2015. These events have grown to become Southern California’s largest winter festivals, attracting over 500,000 attendees and garnering widespread acclaim.Before founding PSQ Productions, I held key leadership roles at the OC Fair and Event Center and the Queen Mary. In these positions, I directed numerous events and led large teams, playing a pivotal role in the growth and revitalization of prominent venues and events, transforming them into highly anticipated annual traditions. These experiences have been instrumental in shaping my professional approach to event production and management at PSQ Productions.Since 2021, PSQ Productions has been selected as the City of Irvine’s Event Management and Production Company of Record. In collaboration with City of Irvine staff and the city council, we have successfully produced over 100 events and activities. More recently, PSQ Productions was awarded the contract by the City of Irvine to design, build, and operate the Great Park Live amphitheater. This project extends our scope to include venue design and management with large-scale concert production.My journey has been driven by a passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to excellence in everything we do at PSQ Productions.     In my role as CEO and Founder of PSQ Productions, I successfully lead a team of 500 employees to deliver unforgettable event experiences and bring more than 500,000 in the community together annually.Our team has achieved several significant accomplishments that we are proud of, such as overseeing more than 300 events annually and managing two venues at the Great Park in Irvine. These venues include the 5,000-seat Championship Soccer Stadium and the 7,500-capacity Great Park Live amphitheater. We have conceptualized and produced Southern California's largest winter festivals, which have attracted over 1 million guests since 2015. Additionally, we have been responsible for managing the stadium operations for Orange County's only professional soccer team, the Orange County Soccer Club, at the Championship Soccer Stadium since 2017. Furthermore, we were awarded the production company of record for the City of Irvine in 2022 and have been entrusted by the City to support the production of some of their most important events, including the 50th-anniversary celebration of the City of Irvine. Additionally, we were awarded the contract to design, build, and operate a 7,500-capacity amphitheater in the heart of Orange County at the Great Park in Irvine, highlighting our passion for building a new venue in record time of 3 months and for creating memorable experiences while bringing the community together to enjoy their new gathering place. In addition, we were also awarded by the City of Huntington Beach to produce their annual Independence Day celebration and parade - one of the largest and longest 4th of July traditions in the USA.
