In my role as CEO and Founder of PSQ Productions, I successfully lead a team of 500 employees to deliver unforgettable event experiences and bring more than 500,000 in the community together annually.Our team has achieved several significant accomplishments that we are proud of, such as overseeing more than 300 events annually and managing two venues at the Great Park in Irvine. These venues include the 5,000-seat Championship Soccer Stadium and the 7,500-capacity Great Park Live amphitheater. We have conceptualized and produced Southern California's largest winter festivals, which have attracted over 1 million guests since 2015. Additionally, we have been responsible for managing the stadium operations for Orange County's only professional soccer team, the Orange County Soccer Club, at the Championship Soccer Stadium since 2017. Furthermore, we were awarded the production company of record for the City of Irvine in 2022 and have been entrusted by the City to support the production of some of their most important events, including the 50th-anniversary celebration of the City of Irvine. Additionally, we were awarded the contract to design, build, and operate a 7,500-capacity amphitheater in the heart of Orange County at the Great Park in Irvine, highlighting our passion for building a new venue in record time of 3 months and for creating memorable experiences while bringing the community together to enjoy their new gathering place. In addition, we were also awarded by the City of Huntington Beach to produce their annual Independence Day celebration and parade - one of the largest and longest 4th of July traditions in the USA.

As the CEO of Night of Lights OC, the role encompasses developing and executing the strategic vision for one of Southern California’s most celebrated holiday events. During a time when large gatherings faced unprecedented challenges, the need to pivot became essential to ensure the event's continuation. This involved reimagining the event format to prioritize health and safety while still delivering a magical experience for attendees. Responsibilities included overseeing all operational aspects, from initial planning and logistics to the seamless execution of the event, ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees. This involves leading a dedicated team of full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and managing the event’s budget to ensure financial efficiency and success.
