In Comarch, I worked in a medium-sized team, developing a JEE application for the insurance market. One of the biggest challenges was dealing with the large scale of the data (financial calculations on hundreds of thousands of commissions). My responsibilities included developing the JEE application, extending the Oracle PL/SQL calculations engine, optimizing the application, the SQL queries, and the PL/SQL procedures as well as some customer requirements analysis and documentation creation.

During the internship, I led a team of four interns. Our goal was to introduce ergonomic improvements to an insurance market application, as well as data visualization (charts rendering).
