I was an an unofficial volunteer advisor to the executive members of this international honor society of two year colleges. This local chapter grew from a sleeper organization to a vibrant group that seized the oppurtunity to improve their leadership skills and enhance their members college experience. I am proud to have promoted the talents that were hiding within each executive, and to see them serve their members.

Top Secret – SCI Clearance.• Designed a space qualified computer processor to customer’s quick turn schedule while growing a new team.• Performed extensive analysis and risk management, resulting in error-free designs.• Originated creative solution to prime customer’s quick reaction contract and defended implementation to the government.• Managed international suppliers.• Earned full incentive fee awarded by customer for maximum company profit.• Lead analysis of an intermittent failure of a space satellite module. Isolated to a root cause in printed wiring board’s manufacturing chemistry process. Restored failed modules to flight status.
