I was involved with their tender application to host the OSCE conference in 2013, during which Ireland held the chairmanship. I also produced all of the drawings required for the conference documentation. I have surveyed and drawn-up a number of the ancillary buildings on the complex site and also consult on their Fire Compartmentation and Fire Escape requirements for the overall exhibition complex.Mount Cashel Riding Stables, Roscommon:I applied and was issued with a Planning Certificate for an extension to their riding stables, two storey eventing space, tack shop and indoor jumping arena. I have worked on a four-unit multi-storey townhouse development and renovations to properties which are listed on the Protected Structures Register. I have also worked on the design for office fit-outs.Having been involved with Northern Cross Business Park at Client Design, Planning, Fire Safety and detailed Construction Drawing stage with CPM Architecture, I am now involved with the current occupier of one of the units in up-dating their office and warehouse areas, including extending site services. I have been Project Manager for an extension to Harold’s Cross National School, providing detail and technical support to the contractor on site and liaising with the client. The project consisted of two General Purpose and four Resource rooms; these were constructed on the first floor within a lightweight, timber and steel-framed construction clad externally with proprietary cladding system.I have also been project manager for an extension to a private dwelling, consisting of a revised layout to the kitchen /dining and living area. Renovations to the sitting room, utility room, games room and entrance hall, including a new stairs and overlooking balcony were provided.I have submitted for planning, renovations and development of a property that is listed on Dublin City Council’s List of Protected Structures.
