Over a 30-year career, I personally raised and reinvested several hundred million dollars in combined debt and equity capital, earning me hands on experience and a unique perspective from both the debtor and creditor side of over one thousand unique financial transactions including; complex bankruptcy, distressed debt, and reorganization opportunities, as well as start-up businesses. 2010 marked my first investments and work in the Ag Tech, Ag support and Ag trading services field. Management of several thousand acres of rich, specialty farmland in Georgia 🇬🇪 (the country) led to my starting and operating a substantial farm equipment leasing operation in Eastern Europe. The exit of this Eastern European portfolio in 2019/2022 led me to serve as a founder and now board member of the aerial application and aviation services company, Aero Fleet One, a role that puts me at the forefront of Ag investment strategies focused on North, Central and South America.
