Lead a team of results-focused architects/engineers responsible for strategy, architecture, engineering and operations for the ADP US Storage Chapter supporting the ADP application portfolio.• Next Generation Block Storage/SDS: Managed multiple storage RFIs and POCs to identify new all flash standards (SAS/NVMe) for general purpose consumption that align with technology and performance requirements of the business. These new solutions will simplify the storage migration process going forward• File Services Refresh: Contributed to the creation of a new all flash file services platform and migration strategy. This refresh reduced the monthly run rate by $250K by cleaning up stale storage and moving ESX workloads to a new hyperconverged environment• Data Protection Strategy: Developed a data protection strategy to introduce cost effective solutions that align with backup and recovery objectives of the business and infrastructure teams• Storage Migrations: Provided direction for a multi data center migration team responsible for refreshing older block, file and backup storage platforms. This team returned numerous storage arrays over the past couple of years which resulted in a yearly cost avoidance of $31M+• Self Service Storage Technology Portal: Manage an engineering team focused on automation and process improvements.
