About Mark Esslinger

With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, military intelligence, and organizational leadership, I am a Cyber Warfare Strategist at Kaimetrix, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for the federal government. I specialize in designing, developing, integrating, and testing Offensive Cyber (OCO) capabilities for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies. As a product owner and a subject matter expert, I have managed the development, delivery, testing, and integration of a diverse OCO tool portfolio for the US Air Force, drafted the definitive requirements document for the design and fielding of the Air Force's next-generation OCO platform, and evaluated the feasibility and impact of various OCO concepts and architectures. I have also championed the Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) strategy for space missions and systems, and facilitated the resolution of space-cyber integration challenges. I am passionate about advancing the state of the art in cyber warfare and enabling the mission success of our clients.
