This decreased the margin of error and eliminated unnecessary labor. • Primary user of Blackbaud Import-O-Matic software in department. *After the implementation of Import-O-Matic, was chosen to spearhead the project in payroll processing. Took the initiative to learn and conduct research on the software. Decreased the amount of time it takes to process complicated and extremely time-consuming payroll batches.
