Country Marketing Manager

1. Business/marketing management • Develop long-term/ short-term marketing objective and strategy in line with global/local strategy.• Work closely with Regional Marketing Manager to develop and plan the marketing strategy. • Manage financial goals and P&L including sales target, budget and profit.• Manage marketing budget, and tracking marketing performance and ROI yearly/Quarterly base. • Manage and implement sales leads through SFDC. 2. Online Channel development • Plan, implement online channel strategy along with sales team and distributors : Open market (G-Market, Aution, and 11st) , Online shopping malls (GS Mall, etc) • Sales forecast each online platform with sales team and develop, execute sales/marketing program : Brand mall open, Special offer, Big deal, and incentive program. Etc 3. Corporate PR and communication • Lead development of PR and communication strategies for Korea and new products. • Propose and manage all PR activities for increasing brand awareness and sales. • Manage and maintain positive relationship with all target press• Develop and implement Media launch events, interviews and press release, etc. • Responsible for Public Relations Risk Management, aligned with corporate PR guideline4. New product launch and sales driven activities• Develop launching plans including AD, PR, Digital, BTL and lead excellent execution on time. • New product launching : Media Launching event, e-marketing campaign (online Ads, eDMs, SEM, etc.)• Develop demand generation activities : Industrial Seminar, Tradeshow, customer events, CxO events, Online Sales promotion, Partner sales promotion, etc. • Responsible for developing and implementing Digital/SNS strategy for driving demand and engaging and converting digital traffic.
