About Lydie Castagnet

30 années que je pratique le Marketing. 30 années d’innovation produits et services, de stratégies développées et déployées à l’échelle internationale, dans des secteurs allant des stylos en passant par l’électroménager, l’électricité, le café ou le dentaire. 30 années durant lesquelles j’ai vu cette matière évoluer, se transformer, devenir plus technique, entre le CRM et la digitalisation, l’AI et la virtualisation. Quelles qu’aient été ces expériences et ces évolutions, ce furent avant tout 30 années d’amour pour le client. A être sa voix, sa porte-parole auprès d’entités souvent autocentrées. A tout connaitre de lui, d’elle, sa multiplicité, ses préoccupations, ses doutes, ses envies. A se mettre dans sa peau. A anticiper ses comportements, nourrir son expérience, faciliter son quotidien. A être connectée à son monde, s’approprier ses tendances, scruter ses créateurs, pour s’imprégner de ces connaissances, les faire siennes, créer des passerelles et transformer. C’est pour ça que j’aime le Marketing. Parce que c’est une activité en perpétuelle mouvance, analytique et créative, centrée sur l’humain, le présent et le futur. Après 12 années de stratégie d’innovation produits et services pour les marques MOULINEX, WATERMAN, je pars vivre en Suisse où j’intègre le siège international de Nespresso. J’y passe 10 années, alors que la marque est en pleine ascension. J’exerce alors les fonctions de Directrice Retail & Trade Marketing, puis de Directrice Marketing & Communication de la zone Asie, Océanie, Moyen-Orient, Afrique. Je reviens ensuite vivre en France et deviens Directrice Marketing & Communication de la startup Castalie. Je rejoins ensuite Stellantis en tant que Directrice Stratégie de marque & Expérience client de DS Automobiles puis Directrice expérience digitale & commerce chez FIAT.
