30 années que je pratique le Marketing. 30 années d’innovation produits et services, de stratégies développées et déployées à l’échelle internationale, dans des secteurs allant des stylos en passant par l’électroménager, l’électricité, le café ou le dentaire. 30 années durant lesquelles j’ai vu cette matière évoluer, se transformer, devenir plus technique, entre le CRM et la digitalisation, l’AI et la virtualisation. Quelles qu’aient été ces expériences et ces évolutions, ce furent avant tout 30 années d’amour pour le client. A être sa voix, sa porte-parole auprès d’entités souvent autocentrées. A tout connaitre de lui, d’elle, sa multiplicité, ses préoccupations, ses doutes, ses envies. A se mettre dans sa peau. A anticiper ses comportements, nourrir son expérience, faciliter son quotidien. A être connectée à son monde, s’approprier ses tendances, scruter ses créateurs, pour s’imprégner de ces connaissances, les faire siennes, créer des passerelles et transformer.
